Peerless Jal Activ Oven Grill and Hot Plate Maintainer is a water based cleaner designed to maintain ovens, grills and hot plates in a clean condition when used regularly to clean these surfaces. It will remove daily build up of fat, grease and carbon deposits when used at recommended dilution rates
